In chargeback or arbitration proceedings, we will disclose relevant access logs, payment records, communications, and participation data.

If FCA FZE LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.

International Data Transfers
FCA FZE LLC is based in the UAE. Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the UAE, the United States, and EU member states where our service providers operate.
For transfers from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or equivalent mechanisms. For UAE residents, transfers are conducted in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary:
- Active members: Duration of membership plus a minimum of 3 years following termination
- Transaction records: Minimum of 5 years to comply with UAE commercial and tax law
- Chargeback and dispute records: Until the dispute is resolved and any applicable limitation period has expired
- Marketing data: Until you opt out or the data is no longer needed
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information.

9.2 — California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

9.4 — UAE Residents — UAE PDPL
FCA FZE LLC complies with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection. We process personal data on the bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where required. UAE residents may access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data by contacting support@wealthamethod.com.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and secure data storage through reputable third-party providers.
No system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided personal information, we will promptly delete it and terminate their access without refund. Parents or guardians may contact support@wealthamethod.com to request deletion.
Live Sessions & Recordings
Live training sessions, mentorship calls, and group sessions may be recorded for educational, documentation, and quality assurance purposes. By participating in any live session, you consent to recording, storage, and use of that session by The Wealtha Method™.
Recordings remain the intellectual property of FCA FZE LLC and may be shared with other program members. Members are prohibited from recording, redistributing, or publishing any sessions without prior written consent from the Company.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing before the session begins.
WhatsApp & SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and enrolling in The Wealtha Method™, you expressly consent to receive WhatsApp messages, SMS notifications, and related communications from us regarding your membership, program updates, and marketing. Message frequency varies by program tier.
You may opt out at any time by contacting support@wealthamethod.com. Please allow up to 5 business days. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect essential service communications.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email or a prominent website notice before changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
